Ignition is Frantic Assembly's free, national training programme for young men aged 16-20. The programme seeks out talent in unexpected places, from sports groups to youth centres, and is committed to helping young men find their individual and collective strength.
Taster and Trial workshops are delivered with regional arts partners across the UK and 12 of the brightest and bravest young men are selected to form the Ignition Company. We bring them to London to live and work together for 7 days to create an original performance with Frantic Assembly Directors. This year's performance will be directed by Artistic Director Scott Graham alongside two Frantic practitioners; Paolo Guidi and David Gilbert. Come and join us to see what the Ignition Company has created in four days together at Stratford Circus Arts Centre. Public performances are on Wednesday 24 and Thursday 25 October at 7.30pm.
There will also be a chance to catch excerpts of the performance at the Imperial War Museum London on Friday 26 October at both 11.30am and 2.00pm. These performances will form part of the Imperial War Museum's Making a New World season.
