WORKING FOR FRANTIC
We believe theatre is for all and promote diversity and access across all our activities. We are committed to equality of opportunity and encourage applications from individuals currently underrepresented in the arts.
Performers What we look for in a Frantic performer varies from one Frantic production to the next. We work with casting directors and don't hold open auditions for our productions. As we are a small office team we are not able to respond to unsolicited CVs.
If you are interested in experiencing Frantic's creative process we recommend you attend our public workshops. These workshops are not auditions.
Creative & Production Team We collaborate with today's most inspiring artists and talented production staff. Visit our production pages to find out who we've worked with. If you're a writer, designer, production or stage manager and you are interested in working with us, get in touch.
Office Team Our office team is small so it's not often that we are recruiting. But when we are on the look out for a new team member we publicly and openly recruit for these vacancies.
Work Experience, Internships & Volunteering We do not accept requests for unpaid work placements.

LEARN & TRAIN COORDINATOR (FTC)
Deadline for applications: Monday 02 July 2018, 12:00pm
Frantic Assembly is looking for a Learn & Train Coordinator on a fixed term contract to join our motivated and busy office from the Wednesday 22 August to 09 November 2018.
The role will involve coordinating all of our schools' workshops and residencies during our busy Autumn period; liaising with teachers and Frantic Assembly's team of practitioners. This role would suit someone who is highly organised and proactive in their approach to a varied workload. This is the ideal next step for someone who already has administrative experience working with young people and schools.
Frantic Assembly believes theatre is for all and promotes diversity and access across its activities. We are committed to building a culturally diverse workforce and actively encourage applicants from all backgrounds.
Make sure that when sending your application you send it to email@example.com with Learn & Train Application in the subject title.
Please note that applications are no longer being taken for this as the deadline has now passed.
We want to broaden our Board's skills base, knowledge and networks and seek people who can help us think long term and strategically and who can motivate, support and challenge us as we move ahead. You will have the personal presence, influence and connections to drive our ambitions forward and build support for the company. While sector experience is not essential, we are keen to hear from professionals within regional venues. We are particularly interested in candidates who have a background or expertise in any of the following:
Finance and Accounting
Commercial Theatre Production/Touring
Communications and Influencing
We welcome applications from candidates with the relevant skills and experience to undertake the role effectively, who have an interest in and understanding of the arts and who are eligible to act as a charity trustee. We are also committed to increasing the diversity of the Board and to recruiting Trustees who are currently under-represented, especially people from a BAME background.
The role of Trustee is voluntary. Meetings take place 4 times a year and attendance at performances and events is encouraged. Travel expenses will be reimbursed for Trustees based outside of London.
